What’s included: • A one-hour initial consultation to assess your current eating habits, lifestyle, and goals • Two 30-minute calls per month • Unlimited email & text communications with your coach • Personalized action plan including specific recommendations related to lifestyle & nutrition • Race preparation, fueling, and recovery nutrition planning • Unlimited email/text
If you have complex medical conditions that may impact your nutrition including but not limited to diabetes management, diet & drug interactions, a history of disordered eating, etc. we highly recommend you seek the assistance of a qualified Registered Dietitian. While we are happy to work cooperatively with your medical team, we are not qualified to manage such conditions.
