Performance Nutrition Consultation: Let's face it, nutrition can be confusing for just about anyone - Nutrition for athletes and performance, even more so. There's a lot of information out there, and finding the best path for YOU and your goals is our priority. If you are struggling to understand your needs, meet your needs, or meet your goals - this service is for you - on the run AND off.
Each Performance Nutrition Consultation consists of a pre-call email to gather basic information on your history, current training, current fueling and eating habits, and challenges you're facing. We'll then schedule a full one-hour, one-on-one phone call to discuss those challenges, where change and improvement can be made, help you understand the "why" behind what is and isn't working, and develop an action plan to get you moving forward. We'll follow up our phone call with an email to summarize the key areas of focus, so you'll also have a written reference of next steps to implement.
Follow-up consultations will consist of the same - a pre-call email to connect on where you are, and a one-hour phone call of dedicated time to your needs and questions. Follow-ups can be scheduled as often as you choose - weekly, monthly, beginning/middle/end of each training cycle, or just as-needed.
