For as long as I can remember, I have been involved in athletics. I do not come from a typical running background. I played Division I Football at Liberty University, where I fell in love with strength and conditioning, becoming quite gym rat. Which then lead me to CrossFit for many years post college. I had an unnatural progression into Ironman Triathlon and then into running and ultra-running.
My personal run experience ranges from the 5k to the 100mi distances (I tend to gravitate towards big mountain ultras, but love being a diverse runner). I still enjoy throwing weights around, and using strength training to make me a more well-rounded athlete. Working in emergency medicine, my expertise usually includes life-saving measures, on people with chronic conditions. These folks aren’t usually invested in their health and fitness. I am excited to be working with athletes like you, who are invested in their health and fitness. I want to help you become the best version of yourself!
