I discovered running as an adult after a childhood spent logging countless laps in the pool as a competitive swimmer, and the endurance bug never left me. Since teaming up with Coach Lauren in 2021, I’ve been eager to pay that passion forward—helping athletes at every stage find joy (and fast splits) on the roads and trails. As a coach, I build holistic training plans that sync with each athlete’s lifestyle, goals, and family commitments—an approach informed by my own reality as a working mom of two who knows firsthand how hard it can be to balance workouts, work, and life. I love guiding brand-new adult runners, seasoned marathoners chasing PRs, and especially youth and high-school cross-country and track athletes who are just discovering what they can do. My door is always open for questions, feedback, or a quick pep-talk. While the 5K and half marathon are my sweet spots, my elusive marathon goal keeps me dreaming big—proof that there’s always another finish line to chase.
