Michelle is a certified Running Coach through RRCA, UESCA, & McMillan Running, UESCA Endurance Sport Nutrition Coach, PEAK Performance Nutrition Coach, and RYT-200 Hour Yoga Instructor with over 18 years of road running experience from 5Ks to marathons.
From Michelle: "I started running as an adult, but have been a lifelong endurance athlete, beginning my athletic journey as a competitive swimmer. After years of training alone, I started working as an athlete with Lauren Cramer in 2021 and am excited to begin working alongside her and share my love for the sport with others. As a coach, my goal is to ensure each athlete I work with receives a holistic training plan tailored to meet their goals and lifestyle and receives constant support along the way. I have an “open-door” policy and my athletes are able to reach me with questions at any time."
