I have been an athlete my whole life, growing up as a competitive swimmer and dabbling in triathlon before gravitating specifically toward running after college. I studied Physical Education at the University of Arizona, then started full-time personal training in 2005, run coaching in 2007, and opened my own doors as More Miles in 2014! My personal run experience ranges from the 5k to the 100mi distance (the marathon and ultra-distances are my personal favorites and specialties). My coaching experience spans from beginners to veterans, 5ks to 200-milers (yes, 200!), and everything in between! I love working with people one-on-one in order to give energy and attention to each person’s unique goals and challenges.
