(This pairs well with any kind of protein, and can be a marinade or dry seasoning!)
-2tbs Garlic Powder
-2tbs Onion Powder
-1/2tbs Cayenne Pepper (or chile, or red pepper... or omit for no spice)
(THAT'S IT for dry mix ... for marinade, add -)
-1/4c avocado oil
-1/4c lime juice (less for less tang)
Marinated chicken thighs are one of my personal favorites; but this seasoning works with ANY protein.
For marinade, mix in a bowl or bag, add protein, and allow to sit for 2 hours, up to 2 days.
For dry mix, saute/brown your protein first, drain excess liquid and mix dry ingredients into pan.
