World’s easiest nutrient-packed breakfast… ready? Go!
Bell Peppers (of your color choosing)
2 whole eggs per pepper
Seasonings of your choosing
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Wash your peppers, and then slice each one in half, removing the seeds.
Spray a baking dish, and set each pepper in, open side up.
Crack one whole egg into each halved pepper. Then season as you wish (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes).
Bake for 30 minutes, or until eggs are firm. And you’re ready for breakfasts all week!
On the go? These can take in the car, eaten like a sandwich!
