How do you know if your running form is healthy and EFFICIENT? And if it isn't, HOW do you fix it? In your private running form evaluation, we'll video your current form in slow motion and break it down from head to toe. We'll assess your posture, gait, foot strike, cadence, and alignment. We'll work together to adjust and correct where needed, as well as develop a strategy to keep you moving forward healthily and smoothly.
