Whether you are new to running, looking to get in shape, training for your first marathon, or training for your fastest, this is the place for you! As a More Miles runner, you will have your own online training log, shared privately between you and I, with all of your custom workouts entered for you each week. We’ll work together to develop a plan specific to your needs, goals, abilities, and schedule, and work together the whole way through. More Miles Run Coaching is designed to be an ongoing service, to carry you from season to season, and guide you through the off season and base training cycles, race build up, as well as help you maintain your fitness if racing isn’t your thing! You can also combine this service with personal training or Power Hour group strength class to keep you running strong, healthy, and happy!
