As a More Miles runner, you will have your own online training log, shared privately between you and I, with all of your custom workouts entered for you each week. We’ll work together to develop a plan specific to fit your needs, goals, abilities, and schedule, and work together the whole way through!
Runners receive membership into the More Miles Run Squad, our private community exclusive only for current athletes. In addition to personalized coaching, this membership includes strength training resources, free form evaluation, nutrition education, team support, local group runs, and more! More Miles Run Coaching is designed to be an ongoing service, to carry you from season to season, and guide you through the off season and base training cycles, race-specific build up, as well as help you maintain your fitness if racing isn’t your thing!
