This particular guac recipe is for two avocados, but can be adjusted for more or less. Start with ripe (soft to the touch) avocados, and scoop into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork (or in the food processor if you prefer a smoother guac, I kind of like mine chunky). Mashing should be easy if your avocados are ripe enough.
Next I add a half cup of salsa, 2 tablespoons of cilantro, 2 teaspoons of salt, and a tablespoon (or more if you like it) of lime juice. Traditionally, guacamole isn't made with salsa, but this is my recipe, and I think it's awesome!
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
