My name is Lesley and I am a 38 year old stay at home mom. I began working out with Lauren at the end of June. I had already been running consistently for a while and was training for my first ½ marathon (which was at the end of September), but I knew that I needed some more guidance with my strength workouts, my running, and nutrition. Lauren tweaked my running plan a little and we planned out each week at a time. I also met with her 2 times a week for strength training and started keeping a food journal (which she reviewed each day). After just a few weeks, I was already feeling stronger and could see myself getting leaner. Within a week or so of completing my ½ marathon, Lauren and I sat down and came up with new goals for the upcoming year (one of which is another ½ marathon) and have already gotten to work on them. I continue to feel stronger each day and I have become capable of things I never thought I could do. I highly recommend More Miles To Go and I look forward to my training sessions each week. I love the convenience of Lauren’s home studio and flexibility. Though I choose to train at a time when I don’t need to bring my children, I love knowing that I always have that option if the need arises.
