My name is Beth, I am a 35 year old stay at home Mom. I have been working with Lauren since the end of August. I have tried to go every Saturday to her power hour, and in addition, I have had 1-2 personal training sessions a week. When I first started with Lauren, I had a few goals. I wanted to get stronger overall. I have been running to stay fit, but I needed to gain more strength. I also had my sister’s wedding on October 25th, and I really wanted to have killer arms for my dress! Every week that I went to her home studio, she had a different 30 minute workout that she pushed me through. Towards the last few weeks before the wedding she started incorporating some higher intensity workouts, that I loved! She would work me until exhaustion, and it was more than I would ever do on my own! I felt results after every workout. Lauren’s voice is so soothing, yet so empowering, and motivating. I look forward to continuing to work out with her 1-2 times per week to keep up my strength. I love that I can bring my son during the personal training sessions, it really helps with our schedule. I felt great in my dress, and I look great in my clothes!
